Green Man Weekend
27th and 28th May – 10am – 4pm

Back for another year, this fantastic family festival has something for everyone! Live music across the two days, stalls with gifts and crafts plus lots of delicious food to enjoy in the perfect setting of The Avenue here at Mount Edgcumbe.

This free to enter event and starts at 10am on both days. All day parking is £5 per vehicle or catch the Cremyll Ferry from Stonehouse. Although the timings may be subject to change, here is the running order for the stage and performance area:

Reggae in the Park – Miss Ivy Events
Saturday 3rd June – 3pm – 9.30pm

A complete toast to all things Rum and Reggae – There will be an amazing selection of Rums to get your taste buds tingling plus a well stocked rum bar as well as some of your favourite cocktails!


Worked up an appetite with all that dancing? Don’t worry! We have got the most delicious and authentic Caribbean food on hand ready to refuel your fire!


We are delighted to welcome Reggae solo artist Junior Morgan as our headliner on Saturday evening. Accompanying him on the stage will be The Barefoot Bandit, Tru Steppaz Crew and DJ RedHeart MoreFire PLUS SPECIAL GUESTS


The festival will be held in the incredible grounds of Mount Edgcumbe, overlooking the beautiful Plymouth Sound for the perfect chilled summer vibes. There will be lots of chance to try the Rums and even buy some to take home! Lots of local and independent businesses will be there to offer their compliments to the world of Rum & Reggae.

Dogs are permitted at this event but must be kept on a lead at all times. No food or alcohol is allowed to be brought into this event. There is disabled access into this event although please note the event is on grass. The event is an outdoor Festival. Children under 12’s are FREE. Over 12 the full adult price applies.

Caribbean Family Fun Day – Miss Ivy Events
Sunday 4th June – 10.30am- 4pm

Transport yourself to the tropics at a fabulous Caribbean Family Fun day being held in the stunning setting of Mount Edgcumbe Country Park. Whether you are a toddler, teen or young at heart, there will be something for everyone at this event with a difference, including laid back reggae and rhythmic ska music and atmospheric sounds from the Real Steel pan drum band. You can really get the Caribbean vibe going at the drum workshops being run by Shumba Arts and dance workshops with Street Factory.


A bouncy castle and variety of children’s entertainment will keep the youngsters amused while the adults can browse a range of original gift stalls and indulge in a delicious drink or two from the rum and cocktail bar. And when you feel peckish, head for the food stalls, where the tantalising aromas of a range of Caribbean delights like jerk chicken, curried goat and curried chicken will make you feel as though you are exploring the streets of Barbados or Bermuda.
Dig out the board shorts, stick a flower in your hair and slip your feet into flip flops for this very special day out, which runs from 10:30am until 4pm.

3 Wishes Fairy Festival – Karen Kay’s Faery Events

Swim in the sea overlooking Drakes Island, cycle round the stunning Cornish coastline and the run in the beautiful grounds of Mount Edgcumbe. A perfect venue for your family and friends to look around whilst you’re on the bike.

Street Food Festival – Miss Ivy Events
Saturday 22nd July – 12 noon – 8pm

Join us on Saturday 22nd July in the gorgeous setting of Mount Edgcumbe Country Park for what promises to be a fabulous family day out in foodie heaven brimming with flavour.

There’ll be plenty of opportunities to shop celebrate local produce, taste, and treat yourself to all manner of delicious goodies. We’re including chef’s demos and essential masterclasses* on topics as diverse as growing on your window sill to tasting of several wines. There’ll be activities for the *children and even somewhere to throw down a blanket and picnic (weather permitting).


No sensory onslaught is complete without live music, so link arms with your besties, gather around the bandstand, drink in hand (yes, there’ll be a bar), and while away the afternoon of food and drink bliss!

Event runs 12:00 – 20:00 and is free to attend (*masterclasses and children’s workshops are chargeable and you need to pre book tickets.) Parking is £5.00 per car and must be pre-booked on www.missivyevents.co.uk

The most popular event here at Mount Edgcumbe will be back for it’s 27th year! An amazing event jointly organised by The Friends of Mount Edgcumbe Country Park and Cornwall Hospice Care, these two charities work tirelessly every year to make this event a roaring success! With hundreds of vehicles of all shapes and sizes to see plus entertainment and plenty of retail opportunities there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Doggy Summer Fete – Miss Ivy Events
Sunday 10th September – 10.30am – 4pm

Come along to Mount Edgcumbe for a day of family fun with your pooch, with street food, an array of exciting activities, and more than 25 exhibitors offering leads, treats, toys, and many other pet products and services.
The Doggy Day Out Fete also features workshops, talks and so much more, making this a jam-packed day for dogs and humans of all ages to enjoy!
